Marc Bühler selected as EMBO Young Investigator
Today, the European Molecular Biology Organization (EMBO) announced the selection of Marc Bühler, group leader at the Friedrich Miescher Institute for Biomedical Research, for the EMBO Young Investigator Program. The program identifies Europe's most talented young scientists during the start up of their first independent research laboratories and provides them with financial, academic and practical support.
Marc Bühler is one of only 21 EMBO Young Investigators selected this year and the only one from Switzerland. He joins rank with four other group leaders from the FMI - Silvia Arber, Antoine Peters, Botond Roska and Dirk Schübeler - who have been selected in previous years.
