Functional genomics
The FMI Functional Genomics facility provides services for systematic genome-wide analyses of expression profiles using Affymetrix GeneChipTM microarrays and Solexa Next Generation sequencing. Users of the facility are consulted on the design of their project. Sample and array processing as well as initial data analysis are performed by the facility and users are guided during the subsequent data analysis.
