C. elegans facility - Equipment

• COPAS Biosort
  Worm sorter, used for high throughput analysis, sorting and dispensing C. elegans based on size and fluorescent markers.


• Hamilton Microlab STARlet
  Liquid-handling robot. Used for replicating liquid cultures using different plate formats and hit-picking. Equipped with four pipetting channels and a 96-well multiprobe head.


• The facility also has a setup for nematode microinjection and biolistic particle delivery, both used for transgenesis.
