Kirsten Jacobeit provides service and teaching for the initial phase of the Solexa sequencing workflow, i.e. library preparation for the samples. The actual sequencing process is performed at the Sequencing Facility in collaboration with the Department of Biosystems Science and Engineering (DBSSE) of the ETH in Basel.
