Light microscopy

Light microscopes are available for a variety of purposes, to analyze and quantify molecular and cellular dynamics, (co-)localize labels, measure molecular interactions and concentrations

Our microscopes can be adapted to a variety of samples, and structural details can be resolved at a sub-micrometer scale in situ and in vivo. Different methods are supported to image and photo-modify samples and use contrast generated through fluorescence, absorption, reflection, differential interference or light scattering. Expertise is available on any aspect of the entire process of experiment design, sample preparation and image acquisition.
