Max Burger Prize

Honoring outstanding publications
The Max Burger Prize is awarded annually to an FMI postdoctoral fellow for authoring an outstanding publication in the previous year. The prize is named after Max M. Burger who was the FMI Director for nearly 15 years (1987-2001), in acknowledgement of his great influence on the FMI. The prize was instigated in 2006.
